Nigeria’s Federal High Court in Lagos has further adjourned till January next year hearing in a suit by Nigeria’s former first lady Patience Jonathan, who is seeking the enforcement of her fundamental rights. She is claiming the sum of 200 million dollars as damages for inconveniences suffered.
