"Caravan for Democracy " moves to Gabon [The Morning Call]

The tense political and social situation across some african countries require concerted action not just by global institutions but also by civil society groups.

This is the position of The “Turning the page” campaign for democratic change in Africa (TLP).

The group is staging what it calls the “Caravan of Democracy” a series of political and cultural events in four African countries in a bid to promote democratic ideals across everyday concerns of the population.
