The Mo Ibrahim foundation will today release an anticipated report that will shed light on governance on the continent over the past decade. There was no winner this year for the foundation’s prize given to an African leader with an excellent track record of service. The indicators for the award includes; the nominee must have served and left office at least three years before the awards and must have been democratically elected, a criteria analysts say has not been met by many leaders!
