Ghana
USA-based goalkeeper Adam Kwarasey earns a call up back into Ghana’s national team as coach Avram Grant names squad for AFCON 2017 qualifier against Mozambique.
Kwarasey makes a return to the squad for the first time in two years following a self-imposed exile after Ghana’s poor showing at the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil.
Captain Asamoah Gyan has overcome a recent injury setback to make it into the squad while his deputy Andre Ayew is not included due to an ankle injury.
The Black Stars host Mozambique in the Ghanaian capital, Accra, on March 24 before travelling for the return encounter in Maputo three days later.
Ghana are top of Group H with a maximum six points from their opening two games.
