Rudisha wins Kenya's second gold to retain 800m title

Kenya

David Rudisha won Kenya’s second gold medal at the ongoing Rio Olympics producing a last gasp effort to win the hotly contested race.

His victory was also a successful defense of his Olympic 800m title which he won in London four years ago.

Rudisha by his feat joins Jemima Sumgong who also won gold in the Olympics marathon. The first Kenyan woman to do so.
