The Ugandan government has lashed out at a group of legislators who petitioned the international criminal court to investigate president Yoweri Museveni and some of the Uganda people’s Defence Force Commanders over clashes that left over 60 people dead including 14 policemen in the country’s Kasese District west of Uganda.
