Africa is rising and this time it is getting bigger, better and smarter. This is the focus of the Transform Africa Summit held in Rwanda’s capital Kigali last week.
Since its inception in 2013, the African forum brings together all stakeholders from the continent and beyond to accelerate Africa’s on-going digital revolution.
Rwanda unveiled the Smart Cities Blueprint to serve as a catalyst to fast-track ICT-driven initiatives in African cities.
