Abubakar Toumba Diakite Guinea’s former presidential guard chief was arrested in Dakar Senegal and is waiting extradition after the decision by Senegal’s dean of judges to place under maximum detention in Rebeuss central prison in Dakar. Diakite has been at large for the past seven years after shooting ex president of Guinea Moussa Dadis Camara.
