The Morning Call
One of Sudan’s largest rebel groups, the Sudan People’s Liberation Movement-North (SPLM-N), recently signed an accord with the United Nations to end the use of child soldiers. The rebel group has vowed not to recruit children under the age of 18 years to join its troops.
