Unknown armed men have been breaking into the premises of international organizations in the Central African Republic, a move that has been condemned by human rights group on the grounds that the country is in dire need of humanitarian help. The office for the coordination of humanitarian affairs in the country reported that to date, 2.3 million people are in need of humanitarian assistance, with only the 532 million us dollars of the humanitarian appeal funded.
