Running for a good cause is a habit for David Barnard, an activist in South Africa who preparing to start a new challenge.
On Monday, he will start the race called “Grand TB Large Ultra” in the United States – an extreme test of 273 km.
Objective: to raise funds for the fight against neglected tropical diseases in Africa. 1.6 billion people in the world are affected.
