Several Cameroonians couldn’t hold their joy after winning the 31st edition of the Africa Cup of Nations by beating Egypt 2-1 on Sunday in Libreville, Gabon.
Vincent Aboubakar’s second goal for Cameroon in the 89th minute sent Cameroonians into a frenzy in the stadium and at home in Yaounde and Douala.
The excitements infected the world after they were captured via professional and amateur photographs and posted on social media.
The title is the fifth for Cameroon after winning the tournament in 1984, 1988, 2000, and 2002.
