Egypt
Uruguay will line up their star strikers Luis Suarez and Edinson Cavani in the opening match against Egypt, who will play without Mohamed Salah at the kick-off of this match, at the Yekaterinburg Arena.
Egypt’s coach Hector Cuper, had to leave star player Salah on the bench, as he struggles to recover from a left collarbone injury he picked up in the Champions League final on 26 May.
In the absence of the Liverpool player, it is Amr Warda who will lead the Pharaohs attack from the right flank, feeding lone striker Marwan Mohsen.
