United Airlines passenger scandal
Today,we did a review on two incidents in world of travel and tourism. United Airlines passenger scandal has been making headlines since the beginning of the week.
The incident has sparked worldwide reaction.
The passenger in question is a 69-year-old Vietnamese-American, Dr.David Dao. He was physically dragged off the plane as seen in the video that went viral. Lawyers of the passenger in question have requested the carrier to preserve video recordings and other evidence as they are looking into pressing charges.
Jacques Assoumou, the director of flight operations,Trans air Congo joined us on the show to shed some light on the issue.
Sudan impose visa on Egyptians
Sudan has imposed entry visa on Egyptian men from 18 to 49 years for security reasons.
The Sudanese Minister of Foreign Affairs said the measure is aimed at reducing the threat of “terrorists”.
The Sudanese press have reported that the authorities should have imposed this measure since February after the arrest of several nationals of Arab countries in relation to an explosion in an apartment in the capital.
