The political dialogue in the Democratic Republic of Congo came to an end with parties involved signing a 12-page document that has still left a lot of issues unresolved. Mostly affected according to those involved in its drafting are the electoral calendar, the electoral register and security during the electoral process for people and property. However, there are concerns as the document does not offer or address certain issues like the fate of president Joseph Kabila or what justifies the postponement of the date for the elections.
