Former Togo and Tottenham Hotspurs striker Emmanuel Adebayor has joined Crystal Palace, the club has announced.
The Togo international represented his national team at the 2006 FIFA World Cup in Germany, in what was the country’s debut at the competition.

Adebayor, 31, has previously played for Arsenal, Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur since arriving in England back in 2006. He ranks as the 25th highest scorer in Premier League history with 94 goals to his name. He has also been at Metz, Monaco and Real Madrid.
At his previous club Tottenham Hotspur, he has hit 41 goals in 106 appearances in four years at White Hart Lane before he was released from his Spurs contract in September 2015, but will now link up with Alan Pardew’s side for the next five months.
He will wear the number 25 shirt at Palace.
