Mrs Obama's birthday message to 'phenomenal guy' Barack

The immediate past president of the United States of America, Barack Obama is 56 years old. Tonnes of social media messages have been pouring out for the first Black American president of the United States.

His wife of 25 years, Michelle Obama would not be left out. Last year she described him as 55 years young and praised his smile. This year Mrs Obama described Barack as a ‘phenomenal guy.’

Her Twitter message accompanied with two photos – taken in 2004 during Obamas’s 43rd birthday – was posted on Friday: “Another year older, but the same phenomenal guy I married nearly 25 years ago. Happy birthday, @BarackObama — we love you so much!” it read.

Mr Obama handed over power to President Donald Trump in January this year. His former Democratic party competitor, Secretary of State and First Lady, Hillary Clinton was beaten by Mr Trump. Obama served as first black president of the US for two terms between 2008 and 2016.
