The Islamic State decided to announce a new leader for the Nigerian militant group, Boko Haram! They named Abu Barnawi as its new leader but no one knows what has become of the former, Abubakar Shekau. Boko Haram pledged alliance to ISIS back in 2015 that saw their attacks scale new heights.
