Brexit: May courts opposition [International Edition]

The Brexit stalemate continues…After years of partisan battling, Prime Minister Theresa May and opposition leader Jeremy Corbyn are embarking on an 11th hour effort on Britain’s exit from the EU.

Meanwhile, Venezuela’s self proclaimed leader Juan Guaido faces prosecution and possible arrest for supposedly violating the constitution.

Also, Brussels is calling for tougher measures to protect the rule of law in EU member states over allegations of growing authoritarianism.
