Africans amidst the US elections [The Morning Call]

African make up a small share of the U.S. Immigrant population, and while their numbers keep growing, those who will vote during this year’s election in are the naturalized individuals and their American born offspring. Their decision as the first african American president born of an african father leaves office is a crucial one. One can easily tell when it comes to this decision more often than not the candidates stand on foreign policy and domestic issues affecting them as outsiders. Clinton has maintained on maintaining America’s allies if elected while trump has been vocal about deporting illegals and his rhetoric on his foreign policy plans sparked a lot of debate in and outside the united states.
