Guards at India-Pakistan border perform ceremony on independence anniversary

Pakistani and Indian border guards take part in a daily ceremony at the Wagah border post as Pakistan celebrates the 75th anniversary of its independence. 

Crowds go wild and soldiers goose-step in a chest-puffing theatrical ritual symbolising the countries' antipathy after independence, but the display ends with a brisk, brotherly handshake.
