In South Africa,a programe known as Young women in STEM that is Science,Technology , Engineering and Maths has been launched. The programe focuses on developing the technical skills and mindsets of young women between grades 9-11 to encourage them to pursue STEM subjects and careers.
And,the Aberystwyth University of Wales in the United Kingdom is working with the Zanzibar Malaria Elimination Programme to fly drones over known malaria hot spots to fight malaria.
