Power outage in the Republic of Congo [The Morning Call]

Authorities in the Republic of Congo recently announced a power blackout in the country’s two major cities Brazzaville and Pointe Noire from October 21 to December 5. According to them, this is to allow for the maintenance of a turbine of the country’s main power plant.
