Chad-Mali-Niger judicial cooperation [The Morning Call]

A “historic” agreement between Chad, Mali and Niger. The accord on judicial cooperation was signed on Tuesday in Niamey aimed to boost the fight against terrorist attacks and cross-border crimes.
