Japan-Africa: Fostering human resources in DRC

Despite the efforts made in this last 10 years, the Democratic Republic of Congo remains a fragile country. Its development relies mainly on its partners. These partners include the Japanese International Cooperation Agency, JICA which has precisely made the strengthening of human resources, a priority of its cooperation with African countries between 2016 and 2018, in accordance with the requirements of the 6th Tokyo International Conference on African development.
