Francophonie Summit 2016 [The Morning Call]

The 16th Francophonie Summit is underway in Madagascar under the theme“Shared growth and responsible development: conditions for stability around the world and within La Francophonie”. Hundreds of delegates from over 80 countries including Heads of State, government ministers, policy makers, and businessmen are in attendance, though some notable African heads of state are not in attendance.
