Opposition divided on elections in Ivory Coast [The Morning Call]

Ivorian opposition parties are still divided over their participation in the next legislative elections slated for December 18. But according to president of the LIDER opposition party, Mamadou Koulibaly who had called for a boycott of the referendum on the new constitution, they will take part in the upcoming polls.
