Cameroon’s military campaign against the Boko Haram insurgency started late but has been met with partial success. A report from the International Crisis Group (ICG) released yesterday indicates that attacks from the Islamic militants have recently scaled down in Cameroon, thanks to an intervention by Chadian armed forces both in Cameroon, alongside forces from Niger and Nigeria. But are the recommendations given by the ICG enough to better tackle the sect?
