Lungu re-elected in Zambia, opposition cry foul [The Morning Call]

Edgar Lungu was re-elected into office in a disputed poll process opposition has called a sham. Leader Hakainde Hichilema came out saying it does not reflect the will of the people and said he shall ask for a recount.
