South Sudan's Riek Machar replaced [The Morning Call]

With the appointment of Taban Deng Gai as vice president to troubled south sudan, the chaotic status quo in the country is far from over. A section of the former rebels once led by Riek Machar announced they were replacing him with Deng who was a chief negotiator in the peace process.
