A longstanding border dispute of nearly 40 years between Gabon and Equatorial Guinea heads towards a peaceful resolution.
The two countries signed an agreement on November 15, 2016 on the margins of COP22 in Marrakech, Morocco, which provides for the referral of the dispute to the International Court of Justice.
