The Nigerian federal government is said to be in talks with a faction of the Islamist militant Boko Haram group to secure the release of 83 more girls abducted in Chibok that sparked a worldwide campaign for their freedom. The group released 21 girls last Thursday, the largest number since talks were said to have began.
