- Biography
- As a PhD candidate working on the comparative identity of the Moroccan community before and after the Independence, I am analyzing the impacts of Europe of colonial episode on contemporary African states. Apparently, I am trying to sort out how the Moroccan society was impacted by the postcolonial French impacts that led the King Hassan the Second applying for the European Economic Community membership in 1987.
- My connection to Africa
- All began when I departed for Algeria to work in a French-Turkish partnered private construction company to finance my research in Morocco. At the end of 6 months in Algiers,Tamnrasset and Ghardhaia,I switched to Tunis in the way to work for the Tunisian branch of the same company. My job description involved preparation of social physibility reports for the company that would like to develop its construction menu from lodgments to fountains, statutes, schools, cultural centers etc. in North Africa.
Once time was up to leave Algeria and Tunisia after a marvellous year, I went to Morocco to complete my thesis research. Staying and working in an Atlas Mountain city of Ifrane, I did my best regarding my thesis in eight months. Meanwhile, I visited Mauritania,Senegal and Gambia by road in a month. Finishing what I should have done in Morocco, I directly went to South Africa to fulfill my FIFA-UEFA Protocol Services Staff periodical job. Three months in South Africa, I visited Swaziland and Mozambique.
Returning to Turkey at September 2010, I worked on my thesis for a while then started to work in an Ivory Coastian company "African Innovation and Development" as Economic and Cultural Division Manager. In one year I spent for AID, I accompanied Turkish and African businessmen about their investments. Apparently, I have been to Ivory Coast and Ghana. My one year experience in AID gave me the chance to write on Turkey-Africa relations in Africanews. Currently, I am working at the Taipei Economic and Cultural Mission in Ankara where I do the same job I did at AID for the Turkish and Taiwanese companies. Moreover, I also get in contact with African businessmen in Ankara when they would like to make business with Taiwan.
