I am Mugini Jacob based in Mara Region, Northern Tanzania. Mara Region is the homeland of Serengeti National Park and large part of the region is covered by Lake Victoria Water. After mu journalism studies I have been working for Daily News since 2003 as a reporter. I write hard news and features focusing on social issues especially in areas of education, water, health, environment and human wildlife conflict. I am have successfully participated on six months training on mobile reporting initiated by the Voices of Africa Media Foundation based in the Netherlands
