Pennipher is an award-winning Zambian journalist currently working for the Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation.
ZNBC is Zambia's public broadcaster with radio and television platforms.
Pennipher works in the newsroom and particularly reporting on business and economic activities.
She has previuosly worked for Muvi Television a station based in the capital Lusaka. she however commenced her journalism career in 2006 at a local radio station Radio Phoenix were she worked for about three years in various fields.

pennipher has earned local awards from Zambian institutions that have recognised her reporting skills.One major highlight of her career is joining a 3-man interviewing panel that exclusively interviewed US Secretary of state Hilary Clinton during her african visit of 2011.
2012 has seen her selection in President Obama Young African Leaders Initiative as she will soon set up an organiation for young women and girls.
Her desire is to see a shift in news coverage about Africa that has globally been too negative.
