- Mr. Bena�ssa Alyahiaoui, MBA is a multilingual Cross Cultural & Quality Trainer and Consultant speaking Arabic, English, French, German, Swiss German, Spanish and Italian. He has trained candidates coming from different cultural backgrounds. His work includes Seminars for Executives dealing with Business Partners from the Arab-Islamic World, Seminars dealing with Clients from the German Speaking Countries, Coaching Executives on Customer Relationship Issues He is a Guest Speaker at Schools and Universities for courses on cross cultural communication and training for students from different nations. His management experience has alwys been in the service industry working in airlines, tourism and consulting. Through the years he gained an extensive intercultural experience living in different countries He is an MBA graduate from an American University. He also attended several courses in Intercultural Communication, Marketing, Customer Service, Quality Management and Speech Communication.
