I was born nearly 5 decades ago in Iganga a town in Eastern Uganda. I attended the following schools in Uganda: Mwiri Primary school, Busoga College Mwiri, Namasagali College, Masaka SS and finally Makerere University where I graduated with a BA (hons) degree in social sciences.
After University I joined the then leading newspaper in Uganda, "The Weekly Topic", where I worked as a business manager and writer. Later I founded my own media company publishing newspapers, newsletters and magazines. In the year 2000 I undertook a post graduate programme in journalism and media management where I obtained a first class diploma.
Currently, I am pursuing a Masters of Arts programme in the New Media from the university of Amsterdam in the Netherlands.
