    The Electoral Commission of Kenya (ECK) has maintained that it did not rig last year's election in favour of President Mwai Kibaki, saying that commissioners played their part to the letter. - ECK chairman Samuel Kivuitu however told the Kriegler Commission that he would not clear the role of presiding officers saying that they had the ability to manipulate results.
