    [MOBILE VIDEO] Police say that they are dealing with cult-like rioters in the Kenyan riots and are therefore justified to use different methods to manage the crowds.

    Police Spokesman Erick Kiraithe who appeared in a joint press conference with Dr.Alfred MUtua at the Kenyatta International Conference Centre (KICC) says that they are acting on advise from criminal psychologists.
