   Lastly I would like to conclude every single society has heritage, culture, and institution support responsible and support their existence. These include marriage, family, kinship, oral literature, history, poetry among other. That is not enough; formal education and specializations are part and parcel of the community development as they spearhead to us what we do and how to do things perfectly.
   The few who have got the opportunity to study and learn modern and approved science not be overwhelmed by the mediocrity motives and their limited understanding to the environment surrounding us.
