Tarek Rabaa , a telecom engineer, has been classified as a political prisoner in Lebanon because he has been purposely accused without any evidence to collaborate with the Mossad just to be exploited by the so called Hizbullah organization as a pretext to decredibilize the international tribunal indictment which is accusing, based on data calls, 4 members related to this organization to be involved in the assassination of Rafic al Hariri. The trial session for the telecom engineer Tarek Rabaa dated March 19, 2012 was dedicated to interrogate the so called witnesses from Alfa company, but it has been postponed 6 months for an unknown reason. The lawyer Nada Rabaa, the sister of the defendant, had firmly requested to submit a new defense plea as the president of the court has been substituted by a new one and she's dealing with a complete new committee. The head of the court, Khalil Ibrahim, rejected the demand and he insisted on continuing the trial process from the point it has ended with the former president Nizar Khalil. Nada Rabaa has complained the maltreatment she's experiencing from the court and she has demanded to be treated as a lawyer and she said "the media has prosecuted in advance my brother and if so i quit". Among the witnesses, only two had attended the session and the court pretended not able to inform, in 4 months, the general manager of Alfa, Marwan Hayek, and Pierre Abi Nader who has emigrated to Canada. Tarek Rabaa had demanded the permission to speak, but the president of the court didn't allow him yet he said "i'm innocent and oppressed and i ask you to release me today". Meanwhile, hundreds of Tarek's friends were protesting in front of the court and they strongly criticized the prime minister Najib Mikati for not intervening to stop this wrong trial and for being afraid from the so called Hizbullah.
Tarek Rabaa has been unlawfully arrested on July 12, 2010 and he's still in jail victim of torture and the secret plots of the so called Hizbullah who is dressing the mask of RESISTANCE against the Israelian occupation of some Lebanese territories.
