    In Nairobi, a large number of people throw electronics anyhow in the dumping sites together with other household wastes. This is due to the lack of knowledge but also of facilities designed for the disposal of electronics.

    What happens, is that street boys later search the dumping sites in the city, collect these electronics and take them to business people who later repair and resell them at a cheaper price.
