Kenya: Coffee before it reaches our cups

There isn't enough water for growing in his 1 acre piece of land. But lucky enough his farm is fertile. He solves the water issue by pumping water from a nearby river.
“Coffee planting is now becoming quite expensive due to the high cost of fertilizers” explains Mr. David. He is not making lots of profit as he used to when he bought fertilizers at a lower price.
Mr. David has enough employees for picking coffee, washing the coffee berries, transporting to the grinder, and various employees for packaging the coffee.
The grinder removes the top coat of the coffee berries, and then the berries are washed to remove the sugar in the berries. After cleaning, the berries are dried in the sun for approximately three days and are then packed into sacks of 50kg and above. The sacks are then transported to different coffee companies and the rest of the processes are done there.
