Zimbabwe to scrap $200 000 bills
- Since the beginning of November this year, consumers and the business sector have witnessed a perennial currency shortage that has crippled operations while on the other hand, throwing consumers’ preparations for the festive season into disarray. The central bank has maintained that it was on top of the situation but this has not been as consumers continue to experience teething problems in their efforts to access cash from the banks.
