Sheriff Bojang Jnr. is a young versatile Gambian Journalist currently in exile in Dakar, Senegal. He is the Dakar and Bissau Correspondent for Radio France International (RFI) English Service. He also produces and broadcast for Radio Alternative Voice for Gambians, an online radio set up by exiled Gambian Journalists in Dakar. Sheriff is a widely published journalist whoe articles have been published by recognised international publications including New African, Africa Week and Socialist Standard. He initially worked for Daily Observer newspaper in The Gambia as a reporter and rose through the ranks to become Head of Political Desk, Senior Reporter and National Assembly Reporter. He also worked for The Independent Gambia as a Reporter. Sheriff is also a Book Reviewer whose reviews have been published by various international magazines and online publications including Amazon. He reviewed books such as Half of a Yellow Sun by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie and Dances with Devils by Jacques Pauw. He wrote blurbs in 'Never Again: Africa's Last Chance' by ES Etuk and 'Don't Africa Me' by C Paschal Eze, recently published widely-acclaimed books in the US.
