- The Kenya government has indicated that it plans to challenge the ICC summonses issued against six Kenyans to appear before the International Court on April 7, 2011. This follows a move by the ICC prosecutor Louis Moreno Ocampo requiring six Kenyans mentioned as suspects by the Court to appear before the Pre-Trial Chamber on April 27, 2011.
