Natasha was born in Toronto, Canada and grew up in the nation's capital, Ottawa. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from McGill University in Montreal, and a post-graduate Journalism diploma at Sheridan College in Toronto. She has since traveled to more than 20 countries around the globe, both for pleasure and as a journalist with the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation.
Natasha loves telling people's stories, through film and is constantly looking for new, creative and respectful ways of storytelling. Her work has earned her many international awards, including the Commonwealth Broadcasting Association Award for Exceptional News Feature, and the New York Festivals Gold Medal Award for International TV Broadcasting.
She is a competitive middle-distance runner, an avid cook and a budding still photographer. Natasha currently resides in Nairobi, Kenya.
