Khaled Aly holds a Ph.D. in Data Communications from State University of New York, for his research on multi-wavelength access and switching architectures. He has published more than 20 refereed academic and corporate research papers, in addition to many technical reports, proposals, and systems documentation. Khaled's experience includes several years in network services management and information design. At this time he's an independent ICT author and researcher.
