I had early childhood in Port-Harcourt and Warri, Nigeria, and growing under the tutelage of a teacher-mother and a civil-servant father as well as four younger siblings, ours was a close-knit and happy family. Christain values and the virtues of education were well espoused by our parents.
As a growing up boy, I was always very interested in the power of words and communication and even though I went on to university to study Food Technology, I stayed in close proximity with the Journalism profession. On graduation, I served as a reporter with the defunct 'Concord Press', and resigned in 1993 as Asst. Editor. I have made several contributions to various newspapers and magazines since then.
At the moment, I work as a Regional Sales Manager with Friesland Foods WAMCO Nigeria Plc. I am married with 3 children.
