Eamon Walker Replaced By Yemi Blaq, A Nigerian Actor
- Africa Movie Academy Award-nominee Leila Djansi has replaced actor Eamonn Walker with Nigerian actor Yemi Blaq in her latest psychological drama “Sinking Sands”. Yemi is a popular Nollywood actor best known for his roles in “Entanglement” movie series and “Total Control” and “Total Control 2”. He is a graduate of University of Benin with a Bachelors of Arts in Theater Arts. Most recently, he won season two of “Celebrity Takes 2,” Nigeria’s version of popular reality show “Dancing With The Stars”. - The Mensvic Grand Hotel in East Legon will be the new venue for the 2010 edition of the African Movie Academy Awards (AMAA) Nominations Gala. The awards scheme in its 6th year was earlier on scheduled to take place on February 26 at the Banquet Hall also in Accra.
